The tar-ball contains the following packages:
1) database: EXFOR-relational (SQLite)
2) software: EXFOR retrieval and converters utility codes

1. EXFOR-relational database (SQLite) is produced by the IAEA-NDS from the
   EXFOR-Library, product of the NRDC (Network of the Nuclear Data Centre).
   "EXFOR database as of 2020-07-10, https://www-nds.iaea.org/exfor/ 
   Network of the Nuclear Data Centre, 1970-2020"

2. Software packages "EXFOR retrieval and converters utility codes" are a set 
   of Java-jars, JS-scripts, CSS files providing retrieval of EXFOR data forms
   from EXFOR database via JDBC-SQLite driver and conversion of EXFOR forms to:
   - EXFOR-Plus.html (X4+): EXFOR Interpreted using EXFOR Dictionaries
   - X4.XML: XML interpretation of original EXFOR file
   - X4.JSON: JSON interpretation of "EXFOR Standard" output format
   - C5: EXFOR Computational format

3. Usage example scripts for Windows, Linux, MacOSX

4. The package developer V.Zerkin, IAEA-NDS takes responsibility for:
   a) helping the users with installation, consultation, modification
   b) debugging/fixing the codes when errors are reported, provides update
   c) maintain and develop the packages to answer the userŐs needs
