Deformation parameters are stored in jaeri_deform.dat for 513 levels of 
107 nuclei from 6-C-12 to 94-Pu-239.  Included quantities are: 
        EL	level energy (MeV),
        J       spin,
        PARITY  parity,
        DL      orbital angular momentum transfer,
        BETA    deformation parameters (beta) and
        BETA2   deformation parameters (beta-square).
Format Description
------------------
Deformation parameters are stored between DEFORM record and ENDDEFORM record: 
        DEFORM
        ...
        ENDDEFORM
In the DATA section, the following data are stored:
        EL	level energy (MeV)
        J       spin
        PARITY  parity
        DL      orbital angular momentum transfer
        BETA    deformation parameters (beta)
        BETA2   deformation parameters (beta-square)
The data should be stored in the increasing order of level energies.  In the 
columns from 1 to 9, nuclide name is given.  In one DATA section, the 
deformation parameters for many nuclei can be stored.  In such case, the 
deformation parameters should be stored in the increasing order of the nuclide 
names.
