The file, containing the data relative to the level density LRD-2, is the 2-nd 
version of the file of Nuclear Level Density SubLibrary (NLD) of the Chinese 
Evaluated Nuclear Parameter Library( CENPL), yielding its full original name
CENPL.NLD.LRD-2. The file was updated in 1996.
Contents
--------
The file contains 4 kinds of data relative to the level density:
- average neutron level spacing Do,
- neutron strength function So,
- radiative capture width GWo for s-wave neutron at the neutron separation 
  energy Bn, and 
- cumulative number No of low lying levels up to the cut off excitation 
  energy Um.
This file contains Do and No values of 344 nuclides, So values of 309 ones
ranging from 15-N to 254-Es, as well as the GWo values of 208 ones ranging 
35-S to 250-Bk . Most Do and So values (for 309 nuclides), all No values were 
reevaluated by us in 1996 [1].The other Do values of 35 nuclides were taken 
from Refs. [2-12], GWo values were taken from BNL-325 [5].
Format
------
Each record of this file contains Z, EL, A, J, Bn, Ei, Nr, Do, dDo, So, dSo, 
GWo, Um and No:
  
  Z  : Atomic number of compound nucleus, I4.
  EL : Element symbol of compound nucleus, A3.
  A  : Mass number of compound nucleus, I4.
  J  : Spin of the ground state for target nucleus, A6.
  Bn : Neutron separation energy of compound nucleus in MeV, F7.3.
  Ei : Neutron energy internal to determine the average level spacing in 
       keV, E10.3.
  Nr : Resonance number in neutron energy internal Ei, I4.
  Do : s-wave average neutron level spacing at Bn for compound nucleus 
       in keV, E9.2.
  dDo: Deviation of Do in keV, E9.2.
  So : s-wave average neutron strength function at Bn for compound
       nucleus in E-4 eV, F5.2.
  dSo: Deviation of So in E-4 eV, F5.2.
  GWo: s-wave average radiative capture width at Bn for compound nucleus 
       in keV, E9.2.
  Um : Cut off excitation energy to get the cumulative number of low-lying 
       levels in MeV, F5.2.
  No : Cumulative number of low-lying levels up to Um, I4.
