Average parameters of the s-wave neutron resonances for actinides
       (Provided by E.Sukhovitski, Minsk, 15 September 1997)

Contents
--------
The average resonance spacings and neutron strength functions
were evaluated on the bases of the method developed by the Minsk
group [1]. Experimental resonance data have been taken form the
BNL-325 [2] excepting the nuclei marked by the stars (**). Data for
these nuclei were taken from the recent Minsk evaluations of
resonance parameters. Data for Cm-246 take into account that some
Cm-246 resonances were shadowed by contaminating isotopes in the
experimental target. Data for U-238 are taken from the ENDF/B-VI
evaluated file.
Format
------
Data are written in FORMAT(I4,A3,I4,F8.3,3(E7.3),A4). Each line
includes the following data:

Z : Atomic number of the nucleus,
Sym : Element symbol of the nucleus,
A : Mass number of the target nucleus,
Do : Average resonance spacing in eV,
dDo : Uncertainty of Do in eV,
So : s-wave neutron strength function in 10**(-4),
dSo : Uncertainty of So in 10**(-4),
Com : Comments to the source of resonance parameter data.
