	Average parameters of the s-wave neutron resonances

Contents

The initial file of  the average resonance parameters evaluated
by the Obninsk group was based on the data published in Ref. [86B].
After  consideration of  the  discrepancies between  parameters
evaluated by  different groups, the Obninsk  group re-analyzed about
80% of data available. More attention was spent to the limitation
of energy intervals on which the resonance parameters were analyzed
and the statistical estimation of errors were complemented with some
experience guesses about associated methodical errors. As result the
new table of the evaluated  neutron strength functions and resonance
spacings  was  prepared.  These  parameters are  included  into  the
OBNINSK.DAT file  and they  are chosen as  recommended ones  for the
RIPL Starter File.
The evaluations  of the average radiative  widths included into the file 
differ only to some corrections of misprints from the initial data [86B].
Format
------
Data are written in FORMAT(I4,A3,I4,A4,F7.3,I4,2(E9.2),2(F5.2),2(A4)).
Each line includes the following data: 
  
Z   :  Atomic number of compound nucleus, 
Sym :  Element symbol of compound nucleus,
A   :  Mass number of compound nucleus, 
Io  :  Spin of the ground state for target nucleus, 
Bn  :  Neutron binding energy of compound nucleus in MeV , 
Nr  :  Number of resonances included in the statistical analysis,
Do  :  Average resonance spacing in keV, 
dDo :  Uncertainty of Do in keV, 
So  :  s-wave neutron strength function in 10**(-4),
dSo :  Uncertainty of So in 10**(-4),
Ref :  Reference to the work in which the analysis was performed, 
Gam :  Average radiative width in meV, 
dGam:  Uncertainty of Gam in meV.
