Installation:
    - unzip files in working directory: programs are ready to run

Run:
    - run in Linux:      $ zorderl.exe
    - run in Windows:    > zorderw.exe
Run with input file name in the command line:
    - run in Linux:      $ zorderl.exe in.x4
    - run in Windows:    > zorderw.exe in.x4
    - output file:       in.x4.ord
