Assess the possibility of organizing a working group with the final goal to prepare a new experimental data library format

Purpose of the meeting

To assess needs and ways for development of EXFOR format to meet future requirements

Subjects/issues to address

1. How to make the EXFOR rather flexible for extentions?
2. Universal coding of complex or new type of nuclear reactions
3. Formats for exchange/storage/dissemination: requirements, advantages/disadvantages, problems (XML/Root/etc.)
4. Software problems related to formats
5. etc.
