natBr(p,x)76Kr

Bibliography of experimental data

Relevant information on cross-sections for the natBr(p,xn)76Kr reaction were found in six publications: Lundqvist et al. (1979), Nozaki et al. (1979), Weinreich et al. (1983), Deptula et al. (1990), Zaitseva et al. (1991), De Villiers et al. (2002). Additionally the data for the 79Br(p,4n) reaction available in three publications could be used up to about 52 MeV energy by normalization for the 79Br abundance in a natural target: De Jong et al. (1979) (79Br target, normalized up to 51.6 MeV), Diksic et al. (1979) (79Br target, normalized up to 48 MeV),  Sakamoto et al. (1985) ( 79Br target, normalized up to 50.75 MeV). The available data points and their uncertainties are shown in Fig. All data. The Pade functions with 9 parameters were fitted to 70 selected data points with a χ2 = 1.49 and covering the energy range up to 100 MeV as shown in Fig. Recommended. The uncertainties (including 4% systematic uncertainty) start at 100% between 33 MeV and 36 MeV, decrease to below 9 % at 46 MeV and rise slowly to 14% at the highest energy.
