186W(p,n)186gRe

Bibliography of experimental data

Eleven datasets with experimental cross section data were identified in the literature in the considered energy range and are represented with uncertainties in Fig. All data. Four datasets were deselected due to too high or too low values. Data of Lapi et al. (2007) were normalized down. The remaining datasets were used as input for a least-square Pade fit. The Pade functions with 12 parameters were fitted to 115 selected data points with a χ2=2.68 and covering the energy range up to 40 MeV as shown in Fig. Recommended. The uncertainty (including a 4% systematic uncertainty) ranges from 34% near the reaction threshold and decreases to 15% around 16 MeV energy and increases to 22% around 40 MeV.
