ANALYSIS   With s-wave neutron capture, the fission               1098800100025 
           angular distribution is expected to be isotropic.      1098800100026 
           Small deviations from isotropic yield were observed    1098800100027 
           in the thermal-neutron data. After normalization by    1098800100028 
           the thermal-neutron run, the corrected data for each   1098800100029 
           neutron energy were least-square fitted with the       1098800100030 
           expression W(theta) = 1 + A2 x cos2 theta, where A2 is 1098800100031
