           backing thickness was 100 mu-g/cm2.                    1439400100014 
DETECTOR   Fission fragments were detected by two arrays of Si    1439400100015 
           PIN photodiodes (Hamamatsu S3590-09) arranged on       1439400100016 
           opposite sides of the beam. The area of the individual 1439400100017 
           PIN diodes was 1 cm2. The distance of the detectors    1439400100018 
           from the target varied with the angle from 2.60 to     1439400100019 
           4.12 cm. The coincident detector pairs were at         1439400100020 
           approximately 45,60, 90, 115, and 135deg.              1439400100021
