The KCl is a binding agent 1481200100018 which helps maintaining pellet integrity. The pellet 1481200100019 was combined with a nickel foil of the same diameter 1481200100020 and sealed in an aluminum capsule. In addition, a 1481200100021 double-sided 193Ir electrodeposit on a 2.5-microm thick1481200100022 titanium foil was irradiated together with the iridium1481200100023 salt capsule. The 193Ir electrodeposit had a diameter 1481200100024 of 5 mm and was also combined with a nickel foil. 1481200100025 DETECTOR (SI) Two Silicon Drift Detectors (SDDs) to measure 1481200100026 the X-rays following the de-excitation of the 1481200100027 isomeric state of 193Ir. 1481200100028 METHOD (ACTIV,CHSEP) An irradiation with 6 MeV neutrons for 1481200100029 10 h. The neutron energy was selected to be below the 1481200100030 193Ir(n,2n)192Ir reaction threshold of 7.8 MeV. The 1481200100031 193Ir electrodeposit was placed at 1.6 cm from the 1481200100032 end of the deuterium gas cell and the pellet of 1481200100033 iridium salt was attached behind it. After the 1481200100034 irradiation, the samples were transported to Los 1481200100035 Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) where the pellet of 1481200100036 iridium salt was processed in the radiochemical 1481200100037 facility of LANL's Chemistry Division to purify the 1481200100038 iridium from osmium and platinum contaminants and 1481200100039 prepare counting samples. Reaction cross section was 1481200100040 determined by means of measuring X-rays following 1481200100041 electron conversion of the isomeric state at 80.2 keV 1481200100042 (T1/2=10.53 days) in 193Ir. 1481200100043 CORRECTION The X-ray intensity was corrected for the attenuation 1481200100044 in the samples. 1481200100045 DECAY-DATA (77-IR-193-M,10.53D,XR,9.18,0.219) 1481200100046 HISTORY (20241015C) BP 1481200100047 ENDBIB 45 0 1481200100048 COMMON 1 3 1481200100049 EN 1481200100050 MEV 1481200100051 6.0 1481200100052 ENDCOMMON 3 0 1481200100053 ENDSUBENT 52 0 1481200199999 SUBENT 14812002 20241015 15171481200200001 BIB 4 7 1481200200002 REACTION (77-IR-193(N,INL)77-IR-193-M,,SIG) 1481200200003 SAMPLE 193Ir electrodeposit 0.0902(11) mg. 1481200200004 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Combination of statistical and systematic 1481200200005 uncertainties. 1481200200006 STATUS (TABLE,,A.M.Marenco+,J,ARI,195,110742,2023) 1481200200007 Table 3, page 4. 1481200200008 (COREL,14812006) Data measured with K2IrCl6 sample 1481200200009 ENDBIB 7 0 1481200200010 NOCOMMON 0 0 1481200200011 DATA 2 1 1481200200012 DATA DATA-ERR 1481200200013 B B 1481200200014 0.79 0.06 1481200200015 ENDDATA 3 0 1481200200016 ENDSUBENT 15 0 1481200299999 SUBENT 14812003 20241015 15171481200300001 BIB 4 6 1481200300002 REACTION (77-IR-193(N,INL)77-IR-193-M,,SIG) 1481200300003 SAMPLE K2IrCl6 Sample 1: 0.52(2) mg. 1481200300004 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Combination of statistical and systematic 1481200300005 uncertainties. 1481200300006 STATUS (TABLE,,A.M.Marenco+,J,ARI,195,110742,2023) 1481200300007 Table 3, page 4. 1481200300008 ENDBIB 6 0 1481200300009 NOCOMMON 0 0 1481200300010 DATA 2 1 1481200300011 DATA DATA-ERR 1481200300012 B B 1481200300013 1.15 0.11 1481200300014 ENDDATA 3 0 1481200300015 ENDSUBENT 14 0 1481200399999 SUBENT 14812004 20241015 15171481200400001 BIB 4 6 1481200400002 REACTION (77-IR-193(N,INL)77-IR-193-M,,SIG) 1481200400003 SAMPLE K2IrCl6 Sample 1: 1.06(2) mg. 1481200400004 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Combination of statistical and systematic 1481200400005 uncertainties. 1481200400006 STATUS (TABLE,,A.M.Marenco+,J,ARI,195,110742,2023) 1481200400007 Table 3, page 4. 1481200400008 ENDBIB 6 0 1481200400009 NOCOMMON 0 0 1481200400010 DATA 2 1 1481200400011 DATA DATA-ERR 1481200400012 B B 1481200400013 1.05 0.08 1481200400014 ENDDATA 3 0 1481200400015 ENDSUBENT 14 0 1481200499999 SUBENT 14812005 20241015 15171481200500001 BIB 4 6 1481200500002 REACTION (77-IR-193(N,INL)77-IR-193-M,,SIG) 1481200500003 SAMPLE K2IrCl6 Sample 1: 1.76(2) mg. 1481200500004 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Combination of statistical and systematic 1481200500005 uncertainties. 1481200500006 STATUS (TABLE,,A.M.Marenco+,J,ARI,195,110742,2023) 1481200500007 Table 3, page 4. 1481200500008 ENDBIB 6 0 1481200500009 NOCOMMON 0 0 1481200500010 DATA 2 1 1481200500011 DATA DATA-ERR 1481200500012 B B 1481200500013 1.19 0.10 1481200500014 ENDDATA 3 0 1481200500015 ENDSUBENT 14 0 1481200599999 SUBENT 14812006 20241015 15171481200600001 BIB 4 14 1481200600002 REACTION (77-IR-193(N,INL)77-IR-193-M,,SIG,,AV) 1481200600003 ANALYSIS The weighted average value of the cross section from 1481200600004 the three samples produced from the iridium salt. 1481200600005 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Authors used only the statistical 1481200600006 uncertainty as a weighting factor when calculated the 1481200600007 weighted average and then added the systematic 1481200600008 uncertainty to obtain the total uncertainty. 1481200600009 STATUS (DEP,14812003) 1481200600010 (DEP,14812004) 1481200600011 (DEP,14812005) 1481200600012 (COREL,14812002) Data measured with 193Ir 1481200600013 electrodeposit 1481200600014 (TABLE,,A.M.Marenco+,J,ARI,195,110742,2023) 1481200600015 Table 3, page 4. 1481200600016 ENDBIB 14 0 1481200600017 NOCOMMON 0 0 1481200600018 DATA 2 1 1481200600019 DATA DATA-ERR 1481200600020 B B 1481200600021 1.11 0.05 1481200600022 ENDDATA 3 0 1481200600023 ENDSUBENT 22 0 1481200699999 ENDENTRY 6 0 1481299999999
