Two designated coaxial HPGe 14850001 29 detectors. Each detector is housed within a custom 14850001 30 lead shield in the TUNL low-background counting 14850001 31 facility. 14850001 32 SAMPLE A single DFC contains two thin (10-100 microg cm-2) 14850001 33 reference foils and a thick (~200 mg cm-2) actinide 14850001 34 activation target. The activation target is 14850001 35 contained in the center of the chamber while the thin 14850001 36 reference foils are 2.67 mm up- and down-stream from 14850001 37 the activation target. The thick activation target is 14850001 38 composed of the same actinide material as the thin 14850001 39 reference foils in the adjacent chambers. 14850001 40 METHOD (ACTIV) Fission yields were determined by activation 14850001 41 method using characteristic gamma rays of fission 14850001 42 products. 14850001 43 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) Total uncertainty. 14850001 44 (ERR-S,0.2,1.)
