The Ir powder was pressed 2361600100023 into a pellet shape with a diameter of 5 mm in 2361600100024 diameter and a thickness of 1 mm. 2361600100025 A B4C sample containing enriched 10B was used for 2361600100026 neutron spectrum measurement. 2361600100027 A natural carbon sample was used as neutron scatterer 2361600100028 to subtract background. 2361600100029 A gold sample with a diameter of 5 mm and a thickness 2361600100030 of 0.1 mm was used for normalization. 2361600100031 METHOD (TOF,PHWT) Flight path length of 27.9 m. 2361600100032 DETECTOR (NAICR) The NaI(Tl) spectrometer was used consisting 2361600100033 of two different-sized NaI(Tl) detectors. The larger 2361600100034 detector: 330 mm (diam.) and 203 mm long, placed at 2361600100035 90 deg. with respect to the neutron beam. The smaller 2361600100036 detector: 203mm (diam.) and 203 mm long, placed at 2361600100037 125 deg. with respect to the neutron beam. 2361600100038 ANALYSIS Pulse-height weighting technique (PHWT) was applied. 2361600100039 Measurements with the carbon sample and 2361600100040 "Blank sample (no sample) " were used for background 2361600100041 estimation. The relative neutron spectrum was 2361600100042 estimated using the boron sample. The weighting 2361600100043 function was normalized by comparing the experimental 2361600100044 results of the Au sample with the capture cross 2361600100045 section in JENDL-5 from 17 to 40 meV. 2361600100046 CORRECTION Dead Time Correction was applied with the extended 2361600100047 dead-time model. Correction factors for self 2361600100048 shielding and multiple scattering were calculated 2361600100049 using the Monte-Carlo simulation code PHITS. 2361600100050 MONITOR
