All of these 3286700100018 foils were cut into round disk with diameter of 18 mm. 3286700100019 METHOD (ACTIV) The irradiation was lasted for 20 h. The 3286700100020 stack was arranged in a sequence of Nb-Zr-Sn-Al-Nb 3286700100021 and placed at about 120 deg angle relative to the 3286700100022 deuteron beam direction at a distance of 5 cm. The 3286700100023 cooling time is 11.9 d and measuring time is 1.8 d. 3286700100024 DETECTOR (HPGE) The activation of each foil was measured with 3286700100025 a lead shielded HPGe detector (ORTEC Corp., 25% 3286700100026 relative efficiency, 1.9 keV resolution at 1332.5 keV 3286700100027 of 60Co).
