Four 3290000100015 samples with a diameter of 20 mm and eight monitors 3290000100016 with the same diameter were prepared for the 3290000100017 irradiation. The thicknesses of the four NaBr samples 3290000100018 are 0.2139, 0.2711, 0.3006, and 0.2950 g/cm2. 3290000100019 DETECTOR (HPGE) A low-background high-purity germanium (HPGe) 3290000100020 detector equipped with an energy resolution of 1.69 keV3290000100021 (FWHM) at 1.332 MeV for 60Co and a relative 3290000100022 efficiency of about 68% (ORTEC, model GEM 60P, crystal 3290000100023 length of 72.3 mm, crystal diameter of 70.1 mm) was 3290000100024 used to measure the radioactivity. The detection 3290000100025 efficiency of the HPGe detector was obtained using 3290000100026 the 25 gamma lines of the standard sources 133Ba, 3290000100027 137Cs, 152Eu, and 226Ra. 3290000100028 METHOD (ACTIV) The irradiation of the samples was carried 3290000100029 out for approximately two hours with a neutron yield 3290000100030 4 to 5 E10 n/s in the 4 Pi solid angle. The coincidence-summation effect of cascade 3290000100037 gamma-rays produced by the nuclide, the self- 3290000100038 absorption of the gamma-rays, the attenuation of 3290000100039 gamma-rays in
