In addition, the data at back angles were A1133 1 20 corrected for neutron attenuation due to the flanges A1133 1 21 of the gas target, the target foil retaining assembly, A1133 1 22 and the beam pipe. The correction ranged from about A1133 1 23 5% at 90. degr. to about 25% at 150. degr. A1133 1 24 ERR-ANALYS (EN-ERR) The uncertainty in the beam energy due to the A1133 1 25 range measurement, the intrinsic energy spread of the A1133 1 26 cyclotron beam, and drifting of the beam energy.
