C3050001 20 SAMPLE The AT-TPC has a cylindrical geometry with a 52 cm C3050001 21 diameter and an active length of 100 cm along the C3050001 22 beam direction. For this experiment, it was filled C3050001 23 with deuterium gas at a pressure of 530 Torr, C3050001 24 corresponding to a target thickness of 11.7 mg/cm2. C3050001 25 METHOD (TOF) The time-of-flight (ToF) between the two C3050001 26 scintillators placed at the exit of A1900 separator C3050001 27 and the entrance of the beam line towards the S800 C3050001 28 spectrograph was used to separate the different C3050001 29 components in the beam. C3050001 30 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) The uncertainties in the cross sections C3050001 31 include statistical uncertainties and systematic C3050001 32 uncertainties. The latter are dominated by C3050001 33 uncertainties in the beam integration and the C3050001 34 acceptance corrections for the two protons in the C3050001 35 AT-TPC and the residual particles in the S800 C3050001 36 spectrograph. Except for the strongly excited states C3050001 37 at 3.68 MeV in 13C and 3.95 MeV in 14N, the C3050001 38 statistical uncertainties are larger than the C3050001 39 systematic uncertainties.
