SAMPLE     The series of thin barium carbonate targets of         F147300100010

           were prepared by sedimentation. A 21.8 mu-m thick      F147300100014

            4.7-11.7 mg/cm2. The targets were coated with an      F147300100017 
           additional layer of aluminum foil (8.4 mu-m) in order  F147300100018 
           to avoid damaging of target during operation.          F147300100019 
INC-SOURCE The average beam current was 118 nA.                   F147300100020 
DETECTOR   (HPGE) Gamma-ray spectrometer equipped with HPGe       F147300100021 
           detector (GEM 35P4, ORTEC) with an energy resolution   F147300100022 
           850 eV for the 122 keV line and 1.8 keV for the 1332   F147300100023 
           keV line was used.                                     F147300100024 
METHOD     (STTA,EDEG) The targets were stacked together with     F147300100025 
           aluminum foils (8.4 mu-m, 21.8 mu-m), which were       F147300100026

           particles was carried out for 60 min. The first        F147300100029 
           measurement was done 2-5 h after the end of            F147300100030 
           bombardment. Totally 3-4 measurements were performed   F147300100031 
           for each target at distances of 6 cm and 11.5 cm. The  F147300100032
