The thickness of all measured Zr foils F1520001 14 amounted to 15.0+-1.5 mu-m. Aluminum (8.4+-0.5 mu-m) F1520001 15 and copper (4.95+-0.10 mu-m) foils were used as beam F1520001 16 monitors. F1520001 17 DETECTOR (HPGE) ORTEC GEM 35P4 high purity germanium detector F1520001 18 with energy resolution of 850 eV for the 122 keV line F1520001 19 and 1.8 keV for the 1330 keV line was used. F1520001 20 METHOD (STTA,EDEG,GSPEC) Aluminum foils with thickness F1520001 21 21.84+-0.11 mu-m and 43.7+-0.8 mu-m were used as F1520001 22 degraders. F1520001 23 (ACTIV) Irradiation was carried out for 30 min. AverageF1520001 24 current was 228 nA. F1520001 25 ADD-RES The thick target yield of 90Nb was calculated based on F1520001 26 the measured cross-sections. For the energy range F1520001 27 60.5->46 MeV the yield of 90Nb is about 36 MBq/(mu-A*h)F1520001 28 An additional 4 MBq/(mu-A*h) 90Nb was obtained during F1520001 29 irradiation of 90Mo (19.6 MBq/(mu*A*h)), it was F1520001 30 calculated for EOB+ 12 h.
