The new approach to analysis of M0942 1 13 systematic disagreements between data was proposed M0942 1 14 on the base of new criteria of systematic M0942 1 15 uncertainties presence specially proposed M0942 1 16 transitional multiplicity functions M0942 1 17 Fi-theor = SIG(g,in)/SIG(g,Sn). M0942 1 18 Using these functions calculated in the frame of M0942 1 19 combined photonuclear reaction model new reliable M0942 1 20 and free from problems of neutron multiplicity M0942 1 21 sorting data for photoneutron partial reactions M0942 1 22 cross sections M0942 1 23 SIG-eval(g,in) = Fi-theor x SIG-exp(g,Sn) M0942 1 24 were evaluated using experimental neutron yield M0942 1 25 cross sections SIG-exp(g,Sn) = SIG-exp(g,1n) + M0942 1 26 SIG-exp(g,1n1p) + 2SIG-exp(g,2n) + 2SIG-exp(g,2n1p)+ M0942 1 27 3SIG-exp(g,3n).
