\Files                    : atomic displacement cross-sections for neutron irradiation of materials from
                            Li to Bi at primary energies from 10**-5 eV to 10 GeV obtained using results
                            of nuclear model calculations, the arc-dpa model and the NRT model, and the 
                            data from following libraries 
                                  ENDF/B-VIII
                                  JEFF-3.3
                                  JENDL-4.0

                            Data contain partly covariance information.


  Data from TENDL-2017 and TENDL-2010...2015 for light targets were used for the extension of cross-sections
    from other libraies, see \Description_of_methods
