There are no problems, just MERIP  (key for RIPL output producing option, that we had introduced), should be zero, meaning we are using analytical potential dependencies for all energy points, and you
need two lines with MECHA =0   (for neutron calculations)
For neutrons, yet isobaranalog levels are in the input, they are ignored

So, it indicates we need to create new manual, as we added too many keys in the new code's version input!!!
I think, after we'll have the text of some paper describing our latest Lane consistent option, I will prepare the new manual easily, or may be supplement to the manual published by JAERI.
It had been discussed with Tokio Fukahori already, he is ready to publish such supplement to manual as JAEA  NDC  Report, for wide distribution.

I am sending you input with some current Au197 potential.
So, if necessary insert the potential sent to you before.
