The CRP on "Development of a Database for Prompt Gamma-ray Neutron Activation Analysis" was approved in October 1998.
OBJECTIVESACTIVITIES
- Improve the accuracy and completeness of the data needed in the technique of prompt gamma activation analysis (PGAA).
- Develop an international database of neutron capture cross sections and gamma-ray energies to be used in PGAA.
- Produce in electronic and printed form, a database for use in PGAA and corresponding TECDOC publication.
