The final database of calibrated Photon Strength Functions derived from Average Resonance Capture (ARC) data [1] within the IAEA CRP is available here. The file ATLAS18_IgEg3_Readme describes how the raw measured data are processed to give the ratio Ig/Eg3 which can then be normalized to experimental data or systematics to give the absolute photon strength functions.
The previous normalization was based on an older version of the Discrete Resonance Capture (DRC) data systematics [2] and resulted in the [3].
The current version of [1], considers the more recent DRC systematics [4] and has also been adopted partially in the final PSF database [5] in combination with the final ATLAS DRC-2018 recommendations. The update from 2017 to 2019 is described in the file TableARC_Atlas17_Atlas19.
A review of the analysis of all available ARC data was performed in 2021 leading to revised data files. All available measurements have been compiled for B and Sc filters. The data using the Fe filter are not
included due to large admixtures of s- and p- neutrons. The method of analysis is detailed in [1].
The revised datafiles were uploaded on 30 May 2022.
