Evaluators Guidelines: update

An updated version of the Evaluators Guidelines as prepared by Murray Martin during and after the Specialized Workshop on NSDD Evaluations, 27-29 April 2015, IAEA, is available here. Note that this document is still being revised and will be published in a different form in the near future. In the meantime, this updated version can still be consulted.
